Back before Honey and I bought our little camper...
we stumbled across this little gem.
AND. YES.
I trespassed.
I also found the number of the owner--- and they NEVER returned my call.
Although I don't for THE life of me know WHY not!!!!
Must not have been for sale.
Now don't get me wrong. There is a trailer known as a Lil' Gem; but I wouldn't know a little gem from a priceless jewel but I'm not sure if this actually is one of those or not.
Although the "G" on the screen may or may not be an indication of this?
I Soooo want one of these cool looking old SCREEN doors for my little camper!!
MOST of the paneling inside this camper was shot...
oddly enough this little section was in good shape.
Cool magazine rack! The * S * is for Shasta!
(Say it really cool and slow... like SssshAAAS- Tah!)
The next picture is of the kitchen sink.
I want a kitchen sink for my little camper.
Not a dirty kitchen sink... but a cute, small, quaint,porcelain... insert adjective here_________-- KITCHEN SINK!
~~ AND A STOVE.
Are not these the cutest little stoves EVER?!
3 burners on top (3rd not pictured) and OVEN!!!
Not to mention that great looking hardware ON THE CABINETS and some really cool marbleized yellow and gold FORMICA!
I've been looking all over some of these cool CAMPER PARTS.
Because if you remember....
The inside of our Camper looked like this.
EMPTY!
Grace and Peace
Thanks for reading!
Check the auto salvage yards ... sometimes they have RVs and most of those stove/ovens are a standard size and will fit in your little camper. If you lived nearby I'd give you a brown one we pulled out of the Forester. But seriously, we went to a junkyard this past weekend and most of the junked RVs had those stoves in them. :) Good luck!
ReplyDeleteI so wish we had kept our old camper to remodel and make a darling little house out of! Another blogging friend recently purchased a little vintage trailer and I just love the thought of a vintage house on wheels!
